• Arrivo delle squadre al Grand Hotel Excelsior con mezzi propri o con pullman messo a disposizione dall'Organizzazione (vedi pagina trasporti). Ultima partenza da FCO sarà alle ore 14:30). Si ricorda che la durata del tragitto è di 4 ore circa.

• Pagamento delle quote presso il check-in point e successiva sistemazione nelle camere (il responsabile della squadra avrà già provveduto a raccogliere le quote dell'intero gruppo, pertanto sarà necessario che solo lui  si rechi al check-in point).

• Cena al Ristorante dalle ore 19:30 alle 20:30.

• Pernottamento.

• Colazione in Albergo.

• Giornata libera, sfruttando i comfort dell'Albergo (piscina, grande giardino con veranda vista mare, palestra, spiaggia privata con ampi spazi per bambini, giochi e relax, passeggiate) coronando il soggiorno in una piacevole e indimenticabile vacanza.

• Pranzo al Ristorante.

• Ore 14:30 trasferimento con pullmann (4,00 Km. ca.) ai campi, presso "Associazione Sportiva Football '93" - Via Cellini Benvenuto 13 - Senigallia (AN). 

• Ore 15:00 inizio gare. Acqua minerale naturale gratis a tutti gli atleti.

• Alla fine delle gare rientro in Albergo.
• Dalle ore 19:30 alle ore 20:30 cena al Ristorante.
• Pernottamento.

• Il programma segue quello del giorno precedente.

• Il programma segue quello del giorno precedente con disputa delle gare finali.

• Cena al Ristorante dalle ore 19:30 alle 20:30.

• Ore 21:00 trasferimento presso la bellissima "Rocca Roveresca" per le premiazioni.

• Ore 21:30 cerimonia di premiazione presso la Rocca (si richiede massima puntualità)

• Alla fine della cerimonia rientro in Hotel lungo la passeggiata del lungomare (ca. 1.500 mt.).

• Colazione in Albergo.

• Partenza entro la mattinata.

Per coloro che usufruiranno del pullman messo a disposizione dall'Organizzazione, la partenza del primo bus sarà condizionata dalla  partenza del primo volo interessato. Per le partenze alle prime ore dell'alba sarà servita una piccola colazione.

• Arrival of all teams at Rome FCO Airport "L. Da Vinci". Bus transfer to Senigallia by luxury tourist bus. Daily schedules depend on the arrival time of the teams. Transfer time is 4 hours. Those arriving with international flights, please bear in mind that the last bus departure is at 2:30 p.m..

• Payment of the subscription fees and accommodation in the rooms.

• Dinner at the Restaurant from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

• Night stay

• Breakfast at the Hotel.

• Great fun spending a nice time and enjoying the fantastic  comforts of the Hotel (swimming pool, sandy private beach, charming sea). Make your holiday relaxing, magic and charming!

• Lunch at the Restaurant from 12:30 to 01:30 p.m..

• H. 2:30 p.m. shuttle departure to reach the beautiful sporting centre 4.0 Kilometres away from the hotel (Associazione Sportiva Football '93 - Via Cellini Benvenuto 13 - Senigallia).

• H. 3:00 p.m. starting the games. Free water for the athletes.

• From 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. approx - dinner at the Restaurant.

• Shows and entertainment.

• Night stay.

• Same program as the previous day.

• Same program as the previous day, with tournament finals.

• Dinner at the Restaurant from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m..

• H. 9:00 p.m. bus departure for transfer to the "Rocca Roveresca" for the awarding ceremony.

• H. 9:30 awarding ceremony (clockwork precision, max punctuality is required).

• After the ceremony, everybody is free to enjoy the lively promenade. Back to the hotel of foot (1,5 kilometres).

• Breakfast at the Hotel.

• Departure for Rome FCO Airport "L. Da Vinci". The departures will take place by noon.

The first bus departing time will depend on the first flight take off. Please, keep in mind that the transfer time is 4 hours approx and we suggest to book a flight which departure is during the afternoon. Those leaving the Hotel very early in the morning a light breakfast will be provided.
