Le partite saranno effettuate su campi sintetici e con pallone regolamentare per il calcio a cinque (N. 4 a rimbalzo controllato).

Non e' consentito giocare con scarpe da calcio a undici e/o tacchetti di ferro (per motivi di sicurezza).

Si giocheranno due tempi da 15 minuti per il torneo maschile e di 20 minuti per quello femminile.

I falli laterali dovranno essere calciati con il pallone fermo sulla riga laterale e i piedi fuori dal campo.

Il difensore deve lasciare la possibilità di battere i falli laterali ed i calci d'angolo.

Per i falli laterali non è consentita la richiesta della distanza e non è valida una rete segnata direttamente.

Per il calcio d'angolo è valida la segnatura diretta.

I difensori in caso di punizione devono stare ad una distanza di 5 metri. Chi batte può chiedere la verifica della distanza e in tal caso ha l'obbligo di attendere il fischio dell'arbitro per la rimessa in gioco.

I falli laterali ed i calci d'angolo devono essere battuti entro 4 secondi.

Il portiere può lanciare la palla anche oltre la metà campo.

Le rimesse dal fondo devono essere effettuate con le mani.

Dopo la rimessa in gioco, sia in parata che su fallo di fondo, si potrà giocare la palla solo con i piedi, a meno che la stessa non sia stata toccata da un avversario o abbia oltrepassato metà campo.

Il direttore di gara punirà per motivi disciplinari uno o più giocatori con il cartellino giallo e a seguire quello rosso.

Nel caso di rosso, il giocatore uscirà definitivamente dal campo, lasciando la squadra in inferiorità numerica per 3 minuti o finchè non subisce un goal.

Non è previsto il tiro libero dopo il cumulo di n. 6 falli.

Al termine di ogni fase, nel caso in cui due squadre terminino il girone a pari punti, la classifica finale verrà determinata nel seguente modo:

Nelle gare a scontro diretto, nel caso in cui ci sia un risultato di parità al termine del tempo regolamentare, verrà giocato un tempo supplementare di 5 minuti. Se persiste il risultato di parità, si accederà ai calci di rigore, 3 a squadra e a seguir ad oltranza.

Games will be played on synthetic fields, and with a fair football for 5-A-SIDE (ball N. 4 with controlled bounce).  

To prevent injuries, the use of Football boots with aluminium studs is not allowed.

Each game will last 30 minutes (two half times, 15' each) for the male and 40 minutes (two half times, 20' each) for the female.

Throw-in must be kicked holding the ball still on line and while standing on the outer side of the line.

Defenders must give the possibility to play the touch throw-in and the corner kick.

Any goal scored directly from throw-in is not valid and the request of distance is not admitted.

A goal scored directly from corners will be considered valid.

During free-kicks defenders must maintain a distance of 5 meters. The player that ask for the distance verification must wait for the referee's whistle and then kick.

Throw-ins Corners and Free-kicks must be kicked within 4 seconds.

The goal-keeper can throw the ball over the middle line.

The goal-keeper must throw the ball with the hands.

After the throw-in, it is allowed to play the ball only with feet, unless it has crossed the middle line or it is touched by an opponent.

The Referee will punish players for misconduct with yellow cards. A red card will follow two yellow cards and will exclude the player from the game for 3 minutes, or until the opposing team scores a goal.

At the end of each group stage, if two teams finish with the same points, the final classification will be determined as follows:

In the play off, if the result is a draw at the end of regular time, an extra time of 5 minutes will be played. If the result is still a draw, there will be a penalty shoot-out consisting of 3 penalties for each opposing team. If the result is still a draw, other penalties will be played.
